• 4 Online Mentorship Sessions Per Month (1 hour each)
• Sessions delivered via Zoom
• Flexible scheduling to fit around training, school, and competition

1. Weekly 1-on-1 Mentorship Calls

• Personalized progress check-ins

• Action plans provided at the end of each call

2. Game & Practice Film Review

• Submit match or training clips (10–20 minutes recommended)
• Detailed breakdown of technical, tactical, and decision-making areas
• Written/video feedback with specific action items to improve in the next game

3. Mental Strength Coaching

• Guided exercises for focus, confidence, and resilience
• Strategies for handling nerves, setbacks, and mistakes
• Pre-game visualization and routine development

• Short-term (monthly) and long-term (season/year) goals mapped out
• Progress tracked and reviewed each session
